What do you do?
My job title is Manager, Office of the Deputy Secretary Service Design and Operations Division, in the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services. I manage a small team of six staff who provide policy and strategy advice, and adminstrative support to the Deputy Secretary.
How did you get into your field?
I joined the Victorian public service in 2007 through its graduate recruitment scheme. Most of this time, I’ve worked in the public/social housing area. Prior to this I held a few different roles in policy research, academic tutoring, and in the book industry. My undergraduate degrees were in international studies (with a Spanish major) and an honours degree in social science.

I found Lizzy through a google search. I really like the natural look of the photos on the website – the people seemed normal!
Tell us about your experience working with her. Were you happy with the results of your shoot?
I wanted professional photos for my Linkedin profile, but I hate having my photo taken! Lizzy did a great job of making me feel comfortable during the shoot, and in helping me determine which photos to choose. I would really recommend her.
